With a strong track record in multinational corporations, she excels in optimizing supply chain processes and driving performance excellence — leading NusamedX with a focus on delivering timely and cost-effective medical solutions across Indonesia.

Sharfina, co-founder and Head of Commercial at NusamedX, leverages her extensive background in growth, strategy, and operations from the fast-paced startup world to drive the company's strategic initiatives. With a strong focus on analytics and informed decision-making, she optimizes business processes and identifies growth opportunities, keeping NusamedX at the forefront of Indonesia's evolving healthcare landscape.

Wahyuddin brings extensive leadership experience as NusamedX's commissioner. He served 10 years as President Director of a state-owned electronics manufacturer before transitioning to over 7 years as Director of Technology and Informatics at a state-owned national health insurance enterprise. His combined expertise in medical management, technology, and healthcare systems strengthens NusamedX's strategic direction. He also lectures on hospital management at national universities.

Prof. Abdul Kadir is the commissioner of NusamedX, bringing extensive expertise in healthcare management and leadership. His career includes serving as Director General of Health Services at Indonesia's Ministry of Health and President Commissioner of PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. He currently chairs the Supervisory Board for the National Health Insurance, and previously chaired the Supervisory Board at the National Cancer Center Dharmais Hospital — making him a vital asset to NusamedX's mission of advancing healthcare access and quality across Indonesia.
